Privacy Policy
Last updated August 9, 2026 · AFOLAOLA — Global Digital Solutions
In short: AFOLAOLA — Global Digital Solutions collects only the information needed to review your application and, if accepted, to communicate with you about the Product Advocate Program. We do not sell your information or share it with advertisers or third parties for their own marketing purposes.
What we collect
When you apply to the Product Advocate Program, we collect the information you provide through the application form — typically your name, email address, and any additional information you choose to share about yourself and your interest in the program.
If you are accepted and sign the Product Advocate Agreement, we may additionally collect the information provided during the agreement process, such as your name, signature details, date of execution, and notice address for formal communications related to the Agreement.
How we use your information
We use your information to:
- Review your application and determine whether you may be invited to join the Product Advocate Program.
- Contact you regarding your application status and, if accepted, communicate program updates, community access, and relevant opportunities described in the invitation materials.
- Administer the Product Advocate Agreement, including maintaining records of participation and agreement execution.
We do not use your information for advertising purposes, and we do not create marketing profiles based on your application or participation.
Who has access to your information
Applications are reviewed personally by the AFOLAOLA team and are not filtered, ranked, or evaluated by automated decision-making systems.
Your information is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Some information may be processed through the tools we use to operate this program, such as Google Forms for application collection and Vercel for website hosting. These providers process information according to their own privacy terms and applicable agreements as service providers supporting our operations.
This website also uses Vercel Analytics to understand overall visit patterns (such as page views). This is cookieless and does not identify you individually or track you across other websites — it does not collect names, emails, or application content.
How long we keep your information
If your application is not accepted, we retain your submitted information only for as long as reasonably needed to complete the review process and maintain appropriate records.
If you are accepted as a Product Advocate, we retain the information necessary to maintain the relationship, administer the program, and preserve records of the signed Agreement for as long as you participate and for a reasonable period afterward.
Your choices
You may contact us at any time to:
- Request information about the personal data we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate information.
- Request deletion of your information where applicable.
We may retain certain records where necessary for legitimate administrative, contractual, or legal purposes, including records related to a signed Product Advocate Agreement.
To make a request, contact us at advocates@afolaola.com.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our processes, technology, or legal requirements.
When meaningful changes are made, we will update the date at the top of this page and provide appropriate notice where necessary.
